is called "Le Pressoir" because it contained a winepress dating from the begining of the last century that still works. It's going to be reinstalled in one the outbuildings.
This house with its 130 m2 of living space dates undoubtedly from the 18 th century. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining-room, an entrance hall, a dining space and a fully equipped built-in kitchen.
Ground floor : The living room (32m2) has a fireplace, a television. With exposed beams and part of the original timber frame construction, the room opens into a dining space.
The built-in kitchen has many cupboards, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave oven
A bedroom (18m2) contains a double bed, a wardbowl as well as a single. A bathroom with bath and toilet

Ground floor : The small house is a smaller lodging located in an old cottage. It's fitted out with :
A living space with : A small kitchen, a dining area, a small living room a sofa bed (double) , a fire place and a television, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
 
First floor: A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
 
Outside: A terrace (25m2) in front of the house with outdoor furniture, a private garden and a playground for children.
 
Located in an old hamlet on a hectare of land, the two houses are totally independent. The owner's home is 50 meters away.
Two private parking areas are found next to each house.
